Sleep Guide for Anxiety

Anxiety and insomnia are two of the most common stress-related complaints of our modern age. The two disorders are also interrelated: when we feel anxious we tend to lose sleep, and when we’re not sleeping well we often become more anxious – it can turn into a vicious circle. Happily the treasure box of yoga has many tools to help us to manage stress, reduce anxiety and improve sleep, and there are also other practical steps you can take such as taking control of your sleep environment.
